Chrissy Muse
Chrissy Muse spent 16 years as a Special Education Teacher in the central Virginia area before becoming a stay-at-home mom to 2 young children. Through her work as a teacher, she has seen the devastating impact of gun violence on individuals, families, schools and communities. These experiences led her to Virginia Moms For Change, to advocate for a safer world for all of our children. Chrissy's other interests include reading, volunteering with animal rescue organizations and spending time with friends and family.

Maggie Van Arsdell
Maggie Van Arsdell lives in Ashburn (Loudoun County) and is actively involved in both the local PTA and Girl Scouts. While she is a senior PR professional at a global agency by day, it is her job as a mother to two beautiful girls (7 and 3) that she considers to be the most important. A supporter of Moms Demand for nearly a decade, Maggie believes that there is too much on the line and our communities, our kids, and our families deserve so much better.

Emily Griffey Ewees

Devyn Keller
Devyn is a former educator and mother residing in Richmond who has spent years advocating for policies that would make Virginia safer, more equitable, and sustainable for all. As a teacher, she witnessed firsthand the impact that gun violence can have on students and does not want this to be a continuing reality for our youth. Devyn hopes to harness her skills and background in policy and education, working together to keep our communities safer from the gun violence epidemic that plagues this nation.

Becca Payne
Becca is a mom to two kids and one corgi, wife to a creative and kind man, and she works full-time leading communications and staff development at a historic church in Richmond. She has a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Studies and Becca is grateful to serve on the Advisory Council for VMFC. She believes that there is nothing more important than building a world where the most vulnerable are protected, and for her, that looks like doing what I can to seek an end to gun violence in our community.
